Pair of cottages, early C19. Watershot coursed sandstone with some quoins,
slate roof with gable chimneys (that to left of brick). Double-depth 2-bay
plan. Two storeys, symmetrical: in the centre 2 matching doors with plain
surrounds, and 2 sashed windows on each floor. Rear: No. 60 has
single-storey extension, there are 2 single-light windows in centre of 1st
floor; otherwise openings match front. Listed for group value only.
