House of C17 and later. Coursed rubble stone and ashlar and Collyweston
slate roof with various moulded stone ridge and end stacks. An irregular
composition of 2½ storeys incorporating a C17 house with gabled cross
wings. Later extensions to left, right and in front of this. Mainly
6/6 sash windows with wooden lintels and stone jambs. Flat-topped porch
centre left with 2 Roman Doric columns and part-glazed door under. Gabled
garden front with further sash and other windows.
