Cottage, late C18. Rubble, ashlar, slate roof. 2 storeys. Smaller C19 extension to left hand side. First floor has 2 two light wooden casements. Ground floor has one 3 light wooden casement to left and one 2 light casement to right. Both ground floor windows have timber lintels. Ashlar coping on right hand gable.
