Cottage (incorporating former outbuilding to right). C18. Of coursed rubble with
Collyweston stone slate roof and stone end stacks. 1½-storeys. Central C20
panelled door in plain wooden architrave flanked by two 3-light windows with glazing
bars to left and a horizontally sliding sash window to the right, all beneath timber
lintels. Three 2-light gabled casement dormers. Former outbuilding has two 2-light
windows with glazing bars (one casement opening and one horizontally sliding sash
window).
