Cottage and post office. Cottage C18,of coursed rubble with ashlar dressings,
Collyweston stone slate roof and ashlar end stacks. Two storeys, 2 windows range.
Central doorway now window, beneath lintel with flush keystone, with C19 sash window
to right beneath similar lintel. Two-light casement to left beneath cambered head.
1st floor casement windows beneath similar heads - 2-light to left and 3-light to
right. Post Office, probably converted from outbuilding, projects to right with
gable end to street, and is of coursed rubble with Collyweston stone slate roof
(which has been raised), 2-light shuttered opening and wall - tie end in left
flank. Gable end has C20 door and shop windows beneath massive timber lintel.
Six-pane sash window above, with cambered head.
