House and attached outbuilding. Early C18 with later alteration and
extension. Squared sandstone with pantile roof and rebuilt brick stacks.
Single cell direct-entry plan with outshut, later extended into outbuilding.
2 low storeys, 2-bay front, with single storey, single window lean-to
outbuilding to left. Board door with glazed light to right of 3-light,
small-pane horizontal sliding sash. Similar 2-light window to outbuilding
blocking former doorway, and to first floor over house door. Second opening
to left of first floor now blocked. Painted timber lintels to all openings.
Stepped eaves course. End stacks. Unoccupied at time of resurvey.
