House. Probably with Cl7 core and early C18 alterations. Coursed ironstone
rubble with thatched roof. Cruck framed, two storeyed. Main range of three
units and a gabled wing to left, rendered with steeper roof slope to inner side,
coped gables and 2-light casement windows, one on each floor. Stack on gable
apex. Of the main range, the right hand bay is probably a later addition with
lower roof height, it contains one ground floor window, a 6-light sash with
console brackets supporting fascia board. Central section has central doorway
with flanking 2-light casement windows with chamfered timber lintels. Two upper
2-light casements. Stack to left of doorway and one on junction with right
hand bay, that is, on former end gable. Right hand gable is of C18 brickwork
with blue headers. Chamfered spine beams and pair of crucks within. ...
