Cottage. Dated 1742, with older origins, altered C20. Coursed ironstone
rubble, glazed pantile and thatch roofs, brick end stack to left. L plan.
2-storey, 2-window range.
2-light casement windows to ground and 1st floors with flat-arched stone
heads to ground floor and wood lintels to 1st floor. Central 1st floor
datestone inscribed John/Burke in moulded circle with flowers to corners of
square panel and date below. Another datestone to 1st floor left with
scratched inscription MBH/1687.
Chamfered plinth, quoins and stone-coped gable to left with kneelers.
Thatched wing to rear left. Entrance to rear.
