Portico with legend '1792 Navigation Office', vestiges of attempt to canalize
the River Slea, now incorporated into modern printing works. Doorway has sharply
batted plain pilasters and concave and roll moulded cornice beneath triangular
pediment, in ashlar, attached to wall to North, in stone, with stone coping and
pier at North end.

Forms a group with Nos 24 to 27 (consec), buildings of local interest.
