Farmhouse. Early C18, refenestrated and reroofed in early C19. Coursed ironstone
rubble on plinth, with thatched roof. 1½ storeyed 3 unit plan, one bay to left
of doorway containing a 3-light wood mullioned and transomed window. Door is
in a C19 steeply pointed gabled porch with decorative barge boards and two centred
arched doorway. Canted stone bay window to left and 3-light casement window with
lower central opening light beyond. Lower windows have cambered brick heads
and are all C19 insertions. Three upper 2-light casement windows in eyebrow
dormers. Blocked fire window visible in left hand bay. Coped gables. Gable
and axial stacks.
