GV II

House. Earlier C18 and early C19. Red brick and Swithland slate twin span
roof with brick end stacks. Rendered stone cornice and narrow parapet. 3
storeys of 3 sash windows : tripartite 2/2 : 6/6 : 2/2; 6/6 and similar tripartite.
Similar sashes on 2nd floor but with 3/3 sashes instead of 6/6. On ground
floor a tripartite window to left similar to 1st floor, central 6-panelled
door with overlight and flat bracketted canopy, and early C20 polygonal bay
to right. Further similar sashes on left end.
