Farmhouse. 1717. Coursed rubble with ashlar quoins. Pantile ridge roof with wooden
bracketed eaves cornice and stone coped gables. Twinned early C18 ashlar stacks over
west gable and 2 white C19 stacks to east. Five bay, 2-storey, double-fronted, plus
C19 extension to east. Nine, C19 sash windows in raised moulded surrounds. Off
centre door with magnificent C19 doorcase of coupled brackets supporting entablature.
Door panelled with 2 octagonal fielded panels and rectangular coloured glass
fanlight. West gable carved stone bearing date, 1717, and initials G.T.A. C19
extension to east has single sash above with moulded surround and glass door and
3-light sliding casement below. Further C19 extensions at rear.
