Farmhouse. Mid C18 house, with late C18 and C19 alterations and additions. Red
brick with some limestone ashlar dressings. Pantile and plain tile roofs.
4 gable and 2 ridge stacks. Single storey plus attics. Double range plan.
Ashlar coped gables with kneelers. West front has off centre doorway, with
half glazed door and blocked doorway to the right, eitherside are single
glazing bar sashes, beyond to the left a blocked window. Above 3 plain sash
dormer windows. To the right a later C19 extension. Set back to the left an
C18 extension with limestone rubble gable wall. Rear wall have various
irregularly placed sliding sashes. Interior has spine beams, and C19 fire-
places.

C18 house of 1 storey in red brick with pantile roofs. Main part has stone coped
gables. 3 dormers. 2 segmental-headed windows and traces of 1 blocked. Later
door. Former mill building to river now derelict but said to contain machinery
at time of survey (Spring 1973). c18 brick with pantile roof and hoist door
and window.
