Part of larger C18 house now forming back wing, the front of which has been
entirely rebuilt; 2-storey with attics; stone; slate roof; band between
storeys; wooden modillioned eaves cornice. North front 3 windows all blocked,
except one with modern casement; east front 2 window hung sashes, glazing bars.
Roof at east end hipped. Rusticated quoins - stone inset in side (not in
original position "R. Middlemore Anno 1707".) In poor condition - used for
storage by ironmonger. Inside - Fireplace in entrance hall with plaster
ornament and Middlemore coat of arms - now boarded up. The C18 staircase
is apparently in poor condition and access is declared impossible by the
