The descriptive notes shall be amended to read:

House. Early C19, chequered red and cream brick, pantiled roof with single ridge
and gable stack. 2 storey plus garret , 4 bay front with 1st floor brick band.
The off centre doorway has plain doorcase, rectangular overlight of 3 panes and
panelled door. To the left are 3 glazing bar sashes. To 1st floor are 3 similar
windows. All windows have segmental brick heads.

House attached to north of No.54. Early C19 chequered red and cream brick
pantile roof with single ridge stack and gable stack . 2 storey and garret.
6 irregular bays with first floor brick band. Doorway off centre with plain
doorcase, rectangular overlight of 3 panes and panelled door. 3 windows to
the north with 3 above, all with segmental heads. 3 windows to the south
with 3 above, the 2 southernmost narrower, and all the windows to the south
with painted stucco splayed lintels with raised keystones added in 1850 when
No.54 was built to the south. All the windows have glazing bar sashes.
