Tall, 2-storey early house with high mansard roof of stone slates containing 2
flat-topped dormers, Ashlar. 2 stone stacks at gable ends. 2 2-storey canted
bays, rendered in middle, with 3-light windows with marginal glazing. Plinth.
An inserted datestone is inscribed 1660, and the back elevation shows some half-
timbered construction. Central recessed modern door in round and with triple keystone &
and plain glazed fanlight. 6 stone steps, 3 curved, 3 straight. Foot scraper.
Includes C18 barn of 2 storeys in coursed rubble with mansard roof of stone slates
and portion of old wall within tile curtilage.
Nos 26 to 33 (consec), Wall in yard abutting on No 33 and Stabling to rear of
No 37 form a group.
