Early C19, of similar build to Municipal Offices (qv). Coursed rubble, Hipped stone slate roof. Three storeys. Modillion cornice and parapet. Six windows, stem flat arches with keystone, stone rusticated architraves, double-hung sashes with glazing bars. Two windows and early C20 shop front. Six-panel door at right, with 'Gothic' glazed fanlight, stone arch with keystone. One central stone stack.
Nos 8, 9, and Nos 11 to 16 (consec) form a group.
