2 cottages, now cottage and farm office. c1830 coursed
ironstone rubble with red brick dressings with pantile roofs with
decorative brick eaves and 2 ridge, 1 gable and 1 lateral stack.
2 storey 3 bay cottage to right divided by projecting single
storey extension with single ridge stack, from 6 bay farm office
to left. Cottage has central doorway with segmental head and
partially glazed C20 door. Doorway flanked by single sliding
sashes with segmental heads, with 3 sliding sashes above. All
the openings are dressed in red brick. Above single storey
extension is sliding sash. Farm office has off-centre doorway
with plank door with 2 sliding sashes to left and a single
sliding sash to right all 3 with segmental heads. Above the
windows to the left are 2 sliding sashes. Included for group
value only.
