Late C18 house, although an earlier building of 1663 is said to have been here.
3 storeys, roughcast. 4 stucco pilasters with Greek key patterned heads divide
windows 2-1-2 through all storeys with bases on plinth. Good projecting porch
in Greek Ionic with frieze and cornice. Door of 6 panels (4 glass) with panelled
reveals and rectangular glazed fanlight. Gate and railings missing.

Forms a group with No 31 which is a local interest building.
