Late C17 or early C16. Red brick English bond over 7 ft high. Symmetrically
sited to frame approach to the Priory with inner end piers. Each pier has
stone cornice, blocking course and ball finial carved with acanthus leaf
decoration. West wall has plain gateway with cambered arch. East wall
ashlar round-headed archway.
