5/74 No.27, The Park

G.V. II

House. Early C19. Yellow brick, some ashlar. Hipped C20
concrete tile roof with overhanging paired, bracketed eaves. 2
lateral and single rear stacks. Set on a plinth. First floor
ashlar sill band. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Central open Doric ashlar
porch with free-standing fluted columns, plain pilasters behind,
entablature and cornice. Part glazed door. Either side are
single glazing bar sashes with 3 similar sashes above, all under
cambered arches and with flush wedge lintels.
