early C19. Tiled roofs, stuccoed walls with parapet fronts. No 30 has sash windows
with glazing bars, those on ground floor in exposed moulded wood frames. Tented
canopies to lst floor windows; and trellis porch to half-glazed 4-panel door.
No 30A has C19 casement on lst floor and small projecting shop front of early
mid-C19 on ground floor.
