No 11 late C17 or early C18 with considerable alterations. 3 storeys and attic,
3 windows. High pitched, tiled roof. 2 C19 flat dormers. Stuccoed parapet
front. On 2nd floor 3 sash windows with glazing bars in near-flush moulded frames
under cambered arches. On 1st floor large round oriel bow with 3 long casement
windows. small wrought iron balconies. On ground floor modern shop front with
glazing bars, and 6-panel door at left.
Nos 12 and 13 late C17 or early C18. Each 3 storeys, attic and basement, 3 windows.
High pitched tiled roofs with flat dormers. Multicoloured stock brick with
red brick dressings. Parapet with wrought iron railings. Tall rebuilt chimney
stack across roof ridge. Brick band at 2nd floor level. Gauged, shallow segmental
brick arches to renewed sash windows wmth glazing bars in flush moulded frames.
Some rebuilding to ground floor of No 12. Early C19 type doors of 4 fielded and
2 flat panels with cornice head and plain rectangular fanlight. Moulded architrave
with keystone running through frieze to cornice hood on carved, scrolled console
brackets over sunk panel pilasters.
No 14 late C17 or early C18 with alterations. 3 storeys, attic and sunk basement,
3 windows. High pitched, slated roof with 2 early C19 square dormers. Multicoloured
stock brick with red brick dressings. Modern wood entablature at eaves. Replaced
sash windows with glazing bars in near-flush box frames, those on 1st floor original.
Band at 2nd floor level. Gauged, flat brick arches to 1st floor windows. Brickwork
replaced above 2nd floor windows. At left door of 6 fielded panels, with plain
rectangular fanlight, in moulded architrave. Panelled pilasters and carved,
scrolled consoles support flat hood. Reproduction bow shop window with fascia
board under old enriched cornice. Stallrisers replaced by modern brick.
