1817-1818, for John Grantham. Two storeys. Stucco. 1-2-1 sash windows. Recessed
centre with French casements on the ground floor in front of which are slender cast
iron posts with an ornamental railing above remaining from a verandah. Side wings have
later C19 canted stucco bays on ground floor with hipped roofs and casements above.
Return front on right has 2 two-storey canted stucco bays and a cast iron 3-bay porch
with balcony railings over. Rear (now the entrance front) is 'L' shaped. Haphazard
fenestration. Partly weatherboarded.
