Circa 1876. Design by E W Godwin adopted by W Wilson. Red and yellow brick,
partly tile hung, and with a tiled roof. Two storeys and attic. Three storeyed
gabled bay to return elevation and flat roofed wing at rear with alterations,
wooden railing round roof, these face Marlborough Crescent. Two storey bay
to The Avenue. Of particular interest as being among the first houses built
in Bedford Park, and designed by the estate's first architect.
