Circa 1880. By R N Shaw, a variant of the third semi-detached design. Red brick
with tiled roof. Two storeys and attics. Each house with a single storey bay.
No 14 has a flat door hood, No 16 has a gabled porch. Modillion eaves cornice.
Gabled dormers and central stack. Timber railings to both houses.
