Circa 1878. Variant of R N Shaw's third semi-detached design. Red and yellow
brick pair with coved eaves cornice and tiled roofs. Two windows to each
house with 3 storeyed gabled bays paired in the centre, roughcast, projecting
top storey with paired window and pedimented gable over. Doors with hoods.
Timber gates and railings with timber piers and dwarf brick wall. A largely
unaltered pair. No 3 was at sometime occupied by W B Yeats.
