After 1897. Italianate pumping station. 'T' plan stock brick with heavy
bracketed cornice. Hipped slated roofs. Tall semi-circular headed windows
and doors with rounded section label mouldings. Band course at the springing
of the tall window openings. Semi-circular headed arch to the main entrance
on the south front; steps up to this entrance.
