Mid C19. 2 storey house with 3 bays facing Poplar Grove, a 2 bay return to Acacia
Grove and a slightly recessed rounded corner. Yellow brick with stucco ground floor
window and door dressings (stucco architraves and console-bracketed cornices).
Gauged flat heads to upper windows. Cast iron window guards. Brick band between
storeys. The return elevation matches the front. Slate roof with deep eaves.
