Early C19 house of 3 storeys, 3 windows on fairly large scale. Fairly low
pitched hipped slate roof with panelled wood eaves soffit. Stucco with incised
lines above lst floor cill band. Below this rusticated, with rustications
forming voussoirs to openings. Recessed sash windows with delicate glazing
bars, those on 1st floor in segmental arched recesses. Half glazed mid C19
double door with side panels framed in narrow reeded pilasters. Reeded head;
and a patterned segmental fanlight above.
