Early C19, but facade partly rebuilt, probably as a result of war damage. Brick
with coped parapet. 2 storeys, 3 unbarred sash windows. Ground floor has panelled
wooden public house front under entablature with modillion cornice. Grade II as
building adjoins No 47 and has a corner position at the junction of Bromley Street
and Chudleigh Street. It is thus of focal importance in the group.
