Terrace of modest 4th rate houses. c.1822 by Decimus Burton, service accommo-
dation for Nash's Regent's Park scheme with the former York Baths in the centre.
Stucco faced, brick rear; slate roofs. Unified composition given monumentality,
despite small scale, by central slightly recessed portico of former Baths and
slightly advanced end pavilions. 2 storeys and dormered mansards, the end
pavilions with low attic storeys, on basements. 3 window house fronts with one

tripartite attic windows. The recessed portico is hexastyle with giant Ionic
columns and pediment. Crowning entablature with balustraded parapet between
portico and end pavilions. Spear head area railings.
