Terraced town houses. c.1780-1800 Portman Estate development. Stock
brick, No. 13 red brick and with stuccoed ground floor; concealed slate
roofs. 4 storeys and basements. Nos. 13 and 14 with 3-window wide
fronts, No. 15 with 2 windows. Semicircular arched doorways to left,
No. 13 with architrave surround, panelled doors and fanlights. Each has 2
recessed sashes to ground floor,in architrave surrounds to No. 13. Upper
floors have recessed sashes under flat gauged red brick arches. Plat band
finishing off ground floor stuccowork of No. 13. Parapet with coping.
Cast iron balconettes to 1st floor of No. 13, Nos. 14 and 15 with slightly
later palmette and baluster cast iron balconies. Cast iron area railings
with urn finials.
