Detached farmhouse. C18. Ham stone ashlar; Welsh slate roof over stone slate base courses; ashlar stone chimney stacks.
'L'-plan. Single storey with attics; single storey barn, 3 bays. Rubble plinth, band course: cruciform lower windows in
beaded architraves, the toplights having small-pane infills, bottom lights plain; to lower bay 2 a wide boarded door in
beaded architrave, under 4-pane fanlight. Interior not seen. Projecting from north-east corner the barn, having the
same roofline; central semi-circular moulded archway with keystone and imposts; pairs of ventilation slits to each
side, the whole being an intergral part of the house design, which relates to the nearby Manor House (q.v).
