Terrace house with shop. c.1821 or 1823 either contemporary with Nash's
rebuilding of the Haymarket Theatre or associated with the subsequent
Suffolk Place - Suffolk Place development. Stucco, slate roof. 4 storeys
and stucco framed and pedimented dormers in mansard. 2 windows wide.
Ground floor has mid C.20 shop front. 1st and 2nd floors have recessed
sashes in architraves with cornices; plain recessed sashes to 3rd floor.
Frieze and dentil crowning cornice with blocking course on which sit
dormers.
