Terraced town house. c.1790-1800 Portland Estate development continuing
Upper Wimpole Street. Stock brick with rusticated stucco ground floor;
concealed slate roof. Wide elliptical arched doorway to right; panelled
door, decorated side lights, panelled jambs, ornamented doorhead and
delicately radial patterned fanlight. Recessed sashes, in stucco reveals
under flat gauged red brick arches to upper floors, with enriched stucco
roundels set above the 1st floor windows. Plat band finishing off
stuccowork at 1st floor level. Parapet with stone coping. Continuous,
cast iron geometric patterned balcony to 1st floor. Wrought iron enriched
area railings with urn finials and wrought lampstandards with link
