Terraced town house. 1924. Red brick and Portland stone, tiled roof. well detailed
neo-Georgian, 3 storeys, basement and dormered attic. 4 windows wide. Entrance to
right with arched and pedimented doorway. Recessed glazing bar sashes under flat
qauged arches. Stone eaves cornice. Cast iron area railings. Included for group value
in sensitive early C.20 redevelopment of this street and the west side of Smith Square,
only.
