Non-Conformist Church. 1874. Designed by John Tarring. Coursed, squared rubble
stone; slate pitched roofs to eaves. Gothic Revival manner. Aisled and
clerestoried nave; polygonal apse to chancel. Square 2 stage tower to liturgical
north west with corner buttresses and rubble stone brouch spire. Interior of banded
stone; pointed arcade arches on quatrefoil piers with carved capitals and corbelled
wall shafts. Short chancel with tracery panels to lower wall, carved stone reredos.
2-light windows with geometrical bar tracery. 3-light geometrical windows to aisles.
Some Victorian stained glass. Carved stone pulpit.
