House. Early C19. Flemish bond brick with slate roof.
Double-depth central-staircase plan with 3 bays and 2
storeys. Symmetrical elevation with central door and stone
plinth. Bays 1 and 3 are slightly advanced, 6-panel door
with leaded fanlight. Total of five 16-pane sash windows
with first floor sill band and flat brick arches. Projecting
eaves gutter. Gable chimney stacks. Lean-to greenhouse
against left return. Horizontally sliding sash windows to
rear. Interior retains panelled doors, enriched plaster
cornices and a dogleg stair with plain balusters.
