House. 1820s. Ashlar facade with hammer-dressed watershot
stone rear and gable and C20 tile roof. Double-depth plan
with 3 storeys and 3 bays. Door in bay 1 has keystone
lintel. Another panelled door has flanking pilasters, a
segmental fanlight with radial glazing bars, an archivolt
with dropped keystone and is flanked on either side by
multi-pane bow windows with a moulded cornice running from
one to the other. Single and paired sash windows on the
upper floors with square-cut surrounds and separating
mullions. Gable chimney stacks. The rear has a 4 or 6-light
recessed flat-faced mullion window with king mullion on each
floor and blocked taking-in doors to the upper floors.
