Former smithy, dated 1885. Brick with red sandstone dressings, red tiled roofs, gables, diagonally clustered chimneys. The smithy is single storeyed, with a large pargetted
gable, an 8-light stone mullioned window, a 4-centred arched doorway, and a 4 light window. The adjoining houses are 2 storeyed, semi-detached, symmetrical, each with pargetted gabled wing, plain bargeboards, slight overhang, brick string over ground floor; a 4-light stone mullioned window on each floor, the centre portion has a gabled half dormer, 2 2-light windows on 1st floor, a boarded door and flanking windows below under a lean-to roof forming a porch between the 2 wings.
The listed items in Mill Lane, North Park Road, South Park Road and Glovers Brow are part of a loosely scattered group, which still retains a village centre character.
