Commercial premises, c1870. Ashlar limestone with brick return to
Harding Street. Hipped slate roof. 2 storey, 3 bays with 2-bay
return. Door in splayed corner and central to East Street, both
with bracketed canopy. Facade set behind end pilasters returned
as plinth, plat band and cornice, all entirely plain. 16-pane
sashes in heavy plain surrounds and bracketed sills. Shop windows
on ground floor either side of splayed corner. Boxed eaves.
Return elevation as East Street but field of brick.
