Early C19 villa. 2 storeys painted stucco. Low pitch hipped slate roof with
flat eaves. 4 windows 1st floor and 3 on ground floor, recessed sashes, glazing
bars intact. Formerly had a good wrought iron verandah. Recessed 6 panel
door in moulded surround to left hand. The east front includes an extra
floor to centre and right recessed sashes glazing bars intact. On ground
floor left a large canted bay window with French casement to centre, pilaster
frame, dentil cornice and blocking course. In centre of ground floor
tripartite French windows, pilaster dividing, frieze and small dentil cornice.
Dominant position closing vista up Endless Street.
