Shown on O.S. map as The Harbages. Farmhouse, now house, and attached wall. Early C17. Coursed squared ironstone rubble. Stone slate roof has coped gable parapet on left, hipped on right; rendered end and ridge stacks. Through passage L-plan,extended to U-plan, with wing to rear. 2 storeys; 4-window range. Half-glazed 4-centred 4-panelled door in chamfered archway with large hood mould. Some stone mullioned windows with hood moulds, on left of 4 lights, on right of 3 lights. Two 3-light casements on left on first floor have horizontal glazing bar and painted wood lintels.
Similar 4-light casement to right of entrance has lintel below remains of hood mould. Right return side has 2- and 3-light mullioned windows, including basement window. To rear: similar doorway to entrance front, now inside late C20 addition. 3-light mullioned windows. Wings have coped gable parapets. Left wing has French window and casements. Right wing late C18/early C19. Slate roof. C20 casements, Interior: flagged through passage has chamfered 4-centred doorway. Room to loin has altered open fireplace. Room to right has open fireplace. Broad chamfered beams. Old stone and timber winder stairs. Attached wall to front of regular coursed ironstone with flat coping; return section of coursed drystone. C18 wall attached to rear. Regular coursed ironstone.
