House, now office. Early C19. Brick with ashlar dressings;
hipped concrete tiled roof with brick stacks. Double-depth
plan. 3 storeys; 2-window range with 3-window left return. 1st
floor sill band and top cornice. Windows to ground and 1st
floors have moulded friezes and consoled cornices over 16-pane
sashes; 2nd floor has windows with 9-pane sashes, consoles to
cornice; return lateral stacks. Left return has similar
details, but ground floor has one window with wedge lintel and
semi-circular-headed entrance to left with fielded-panelled
reveals and soffit, fanlight over 6-fielded-panelled door with
wreath knocker. INTERIOR has stair with slender enriched iron
balusters.
