House, now separate flats. Circa 1830 with late Cl9 alterations. English bond
brick with ashlar dressings; Welsh slate roof with end brick chimneys, that at
right ashlar-corniced. Basement and 3 storeys; 4 bays. Inserted C20 door at left;
sash window inserted in original doorway with stone architrave in third bay. Wedge
stone lintels to sashes, the upper ones with glazing bars, and to basement casements;
stone panels recessed beneath ground floor sills, floor bands and gutter cornice.
On first floor single cast-iron balconies to outer windows and continuous across
central bays. C20 porch to basement third bay not of interest.
