Now a house. C17 or earlier timber-framed building with infilling of painted brick
and stone. Tiled roof. Casement windows. Two storeys. Three windows. About
1870 the building was made into the Cobden Club by Jane Cobden Union, daughter of
John Cobden of Dunford House and was one of the earliest working men's clubs in
England.
