7/55 Chase Farmhouse
II
House. Late C15 or early C16. Ground floor coursed stone with red brick dressings
and quoins, above tile-hung. Steeply-pitched hipped tiled roof. Casement windows.
2 storeys. 3 windows. The interior contains a smoke bay and a dated initialled
chimney. An original unglassed wooden mullioned window, together with its original
shutter is in a loft.
