Mid C19. Flint and broken flint with painted brick quoins and dentilled
eaves cornice, and stuccoed quoins and dressings. 2 storeys. 4 bays
alternating in projection and recession; projecting bays with gable ends to
street. Main part of building: 2 parallel ranges; 3 window bays. Tiled
gabled roof rendered stacks with capping set diamondwise on low rendered
plinths on ridge of each range at North end. Gabled East-west wing
projecting at South end, similar to projection in centre of main part
of building. In each window bay (except Southernmost bay which has blocked
openings) 2 narrow square-headed sash windows in reveals, separated by
a mullion; square-headed window openings; stuccoed shouldered architraves;
horizontal glazing bars. 4 panelled door in stuccoed reveals; fanlight;
4 centred arched.
