This was originally the stables of Dulaney Cottage, which has been demolished. It has
been converted into an office. Mid C19. Two storeys. Three windows. Faced with
cobbles with seven horizontal bands of red brick. South wall flints. Slate roof.
Gabled loft door. Square stuccoed clock tower with square cupola over.
